2. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery time for pre-ordered items will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Please note that these are estimated dates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or production delays.

3. Shipping Schedule:

  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped out according to the designated release date or as soon as they become available.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your pre-ordered items have been dispatched.

4. Combination Orders:

  • If your order includes both pre-ordered items and in-stock items, we will ship the available items first.
  • The remaining pre-ordered items will be shipped separately once they are ready.

5. Payment Authorization:

  • Your payment method will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your items.
  • If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. International Orders:
